Death, Taxes And Democrats

Benjamin Franklin said: the only two certainties are death and taxes. Well, he was right, but he forgot the exception to the rule: high ranking Democrats. I guess that’s how the Democrats got their reputation for being elitist. Leona Helmsley must have been a Democrat. Wasn’t she the one who said, “We don’t pay taxes. Taxes are for the little people.”?
